ALO Coastal Stewardship Scholarship
Supporting the next generation of coastal stewards.
ALO is currently offering a one time scholarship award of $1,000 to support graduating seniors who are committed to coastal stewardship and continuing their education after high school.
The scholarship is intended to recognize students who demonstrate a commitment to protecting the environment, whether through environmental leadership, community involvement, conservation projects, or plans to pursue further education in an environmental or related field.
The number of recipients and award amounts may vary annually based on the strength of the applicant pool and the success of ALO's fundraising efforts.
About the Scholarship
Who Can Apply?
The ALO Coastal Stewardship Scholarship is intended for graduating seniors from Southern Regional High School and the Marine Academy of Technology and Environmental Science (MATES) who are committed to making a positive impact on our environment.
We welcome students who are passionate about coastal stewardship and are preparing to continue their education after graduation.
Applicants may demonstrate their commitment through environmental studies, community service, conservation initiatives, environmental education, or other efforts to protect our ocean and natural world.
